The Aluminarc Model is a custom arched aluminum and glass overhead sectional door designed specifically for arched openings. Applications for these arched overhead sectional doors include firehouses, municipal buildings, homes, and recreational facilities.

LIMITATIONS: The Aluminarc Model is available up to 30’ 0” wide and 18’ high. High wind load applications are achieved with this spectacularly engineered product. Whether you need a very large door or want to use 5/8″ insulated glass, the Custom CI can handle it all.
COMPOSITION AND MATERIALS: Rugged hollow aluminum shapes are welded together … a construction method unique to ARM-R-LITE Door Mfg. Co. Rails and stiles of 6063-T6 alloy aluminum are joined by welding in unexposed locations to create a door of the highest strength and integrity. The Aluminarc is available in either Duranar® or Kynar® finishes, yielding a 20-year warranty.
GLAZING: Paneled or glass up to 1”thick – consult the factory.
Finish Choices:
*Installations within 1 mile of salt water are not covered under finish warranties.
Welded Aluminum Construction Method
Lengths of 6063-T5 alloy hollow aluminum are cut to size for rails and stile. Stiles are then contour-milled and accurately joined to the rails by concealed welding to produce flush hairline joints and a framework unequaled in strength and durability.

Structural Warranty:
The commercial Aluminarc Model comes with our unmatched 20 year welded frame warranty, except on top section when trolley operated.
